If I were to guess, the first thing that most people do when they wake up is check their phone. But it would set a beautiful tone for the day if you refrain for the first 30 minutes of your morning. There’s no better feeling than coming home after a long day to a fresh, made up bed. Take a few minutes once you’ve fully gotten up for the day, and make it.
